Game Informer talked about Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and showed new screenshots

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora presents three completely new clans in the Avatar universe: Arannah, Zesva and Cama’ytir. Each tribe calls its house one of the three biomes of the Western Frontier – the Kinglora forest, the upper plains and the cloud forest, respectively. To see out before each of them, studying their paths, is an important step on your way to restore your NA’Vi culture, as well as to get sufficient support to repulse the villain RDA, which exploits the prey of minerals.

Arannah

The first clan that you encounter lives in the forest Kinglor. Like the Omatikayya clan from the first film, Arannah live on a tree-dome and maintain symbiotic relationships with Kinglors, large creatures similar to moths. This is because the clan mainly consists of weavers and artisans, so these na’vi rely on Kinglora silk to create extravagant and intricate fabrics. Strong silk fiber is also used in the manufacture of weapons, for example, in the manufacture of powerful bowstring for onions. In exchange for these gifts Arannah serve as caretakers of Kinglores.

Unfortunately, this balance is violated by the presence of RDA in this area, and one of your priority tasks is to restore such a way of life. However, rallying the clan for a response impact will not be easy. The sophisticated tastes of Aranakh mean that they have proud and somewhat superior attitude. When you first meet with them, their leader, Cannate, somewhat denies a terrible situation and does not trust you and resistance, hiding his head in the sand, to the chagrin of his rebellious daughter of Ethia.

Nevertheless, Arannah is a peaceful and ordered tribe that appreciates consensus above individual needs.

Zesva

This colorful, noisy and fierce clan of warriors wanders through the hilly meadows of the upper plains. Their thirst for battle means that, unlike Arannah, they turn to the player for help in the fight against RDA. You can easily find their settlements thanks to large colorful air snakes that soar over your head thanks to the constantly windy environment of the upper plains.

Zesva leads a nomadic lifestyle, because they travel along with large obedient creatures called spinning. These peaceful animals make milk, which forms the basis of the diet of Zesva. Swearing rarely move and survive, digging their trunk underground to eat soil bacteria. When the span finally leave that the developers of the Massive are described as an event that happens once to a generation, the clan moves with them.

According to the narrative designer Chella Ramanan, Massive considered the Kenyan tribe of Masai as the main influence on Zesva. This is reflected in red and yellow shades of zesva tissues and in beautiful wicker hairstyles, which sometimes resemble horns. These na’vi love to have fun just like fighting. According to Ramanan, they will even meet you with the group as soon as you prove to them that you are a capable warrior.

Cam’Tir

Search as it should, and you will find this secretive tribe hidden in the foggy depths of the cloud forest. Recluse, closed and as mysterious as their house, Camesytirs are experienced pharmacists and herbalists. Their deep knowledge and understanding of plant life are also reflected in their organic clothing. This includes impressive armor made by processing wood, the art of softening and giving a tree of various forms.

In accordance with the nature of the clan, the Massive were most evasive in the disclosure of the features of Cama’tir. We know that no one has seen this clan for some time, because they decided to live in self -isolation. As for the personality, Ramanan describes Cama’Tir as “capricious”, “suspicious” and “slightly cruel” compared to two other clans, and they are not impatient warriors. They will rather hide what is expensive for them than they will physically defend him. First of all, Cama’ytirs are famous caretakers and, despite their alertness to outsiders, can become valuable allies.
